NISIP LAUNCH

The CS added that NISIP has an inbuilt framework of attracting  private sector investments into the irrigation space through creation of opportunities for all stakeholders in the sector  among them being: aggregators, local banks, micro finance institutions, irrigation technology and equipment suppliers, Non Governmental organizations and large commercial farmers

Eng. Mugaa also.boted that the Plan will ensure coherence, consistency  and sustainability of irrigation schemes in a bid to.end duplication both at the National and County levels.
