Eng. Henry Ochiere is the current Ag. Chief Engineer (Planning and Design). He is a proficient Engineer with over thirty (30) years of experience in the Engineering field. He has a Masters in Agricultural Engineering (Soil and Water) from Egerton University and B.Sc. Agricultural Engineering from Egerton University.
Preceding his appointment as Ag. Chief Engineer (Planning and Design), he was the Regional Coordinator, Northern Region, a position he has not relinquished. He is registered with Engineer’s Registration Board and is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineers of Kenya.
He has also attended short courses on Application of Automation Technology to Farm Machines, and Agricultural Machinery Technology Application for African Countries in Japan and China respectively.
